(12 Sep 2019) About the role: An outstanding opportunity has arisen to provide strategic leadership, direction and operational management for the provision of exceptional library research, learning and digital services to the AUT community. Working closely with key academic stakeholders you’ll unlock what faculties need and establish a clear service framework for academic engagement, learning success and online and open initiatives. Your enthusiasm will inspire and motivate as you lead a large team of approx. 37 EFTS. Our services are busy and our teams dedicated to excellence. There is huge potential as together we transform our approach to service delivery, set expectations, articulate value and deliver to it. This role joins our University Librarian and Director of Collections and Engagement, in the library’s executive team.
