(13 May 2015) The Open Data Handbook has been updated. The premier guide for open data newcomers and veterans alike was originally published in 2012. It was written by expert members of the open data community and has been translated into over 18 languages.
The handbook is targeted at a broad audience. It aims to ensure open data is widely available and applied in as many contexts as possible.
