(4 February 2017) Inspired by the late King Bhumipol Adulyadej, a grand Bangkok project aims to inspire a new generation of bookworms
Work is being carried out quickly on the “Bangkok City Library” with the hope that the library can open in March 2017.
Located at Kok Wua intersection at Ratchadamnoen Klang Avenue the four storey building has been well maintained even though it is more than 80 years old.
With a total of 4,880 square metres, the library will feature a wide selection of reading material for children and adults and will feature facilities for the disabled.
The Bangkok Post has the full illustrated story.
