11 December 2013) On 6 September , a Reading Promotion Activity themed “A Million People Studying through the Internet” was launched in Guizhou Library which was jointly hosted by Guizhou Provincial Leading Group for the Promotion of Scientific Knowledge among the Public and the National Library of China (NLC), and undertaken by Guizhou Library. Zunyi Library and DaFang Library, as representatives of city and county-level public libraries, participated in the launch event.
