(6 October 2015) ProQuest has signed an agreement to acquire Ex Libris, a world leader in library automation solutions.
This acquisition will bring together the ProQuest companies’ complementary capabilities and skills, which include expertise in print and digital resources, the development of pioneering discovery and library management solutions, and deep content relationships that have created leading metadata repositories.
