ICSTI publishes its Strategic Plan

(12 Nov 2014)  ICSTI, the  International Council for Scientific and Technical Information, has released its Strategic Plan 2015-2018. ICSTI reaffirms four Strategic Aims, Objectives and Priorities: Relevance;  Enabling; Collaboration; and Developing the ICSTI Organization and Membership Value.
