(27 October 2014) The University of Queensland Library is hiring a Director of Library Corporate Services. The Library’s collection is one of the largest academic collections in Australia and by far the largest in Queensland. Annual expenditure on Library materials is approximately $19 million.
The Director, Library Corporate Services, is a member of the Library’s Senior Executive, which includes the University Librarian and the Directors of the three other service divisions.
The Director of Library Corporate Services provides strategic leadership and management for all the Library in the areas of : finance, human resources, marketing and advancement, infrastructure development, planning, risk management, quality assurance and workplace health and safety.
