(23 Mar 2026) Researchers undertaking a PhD are invited to apply for the National Library of Australia’s 2027 Scholarships, a program that funds postgraduate research powered by Australia’s largest national collection.
Eight Scholars will each receive $10,000 to support onsite research at the National Library in Canberra, including access to our uniquely held or extensive collections.
National Library of Australia Scholarships are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents of Australia who have commenced a PhD program at any university in Australia or overseas. International students undertaking PhD studies at Australian universities are also eligible to apply.
