(11 July 2024) The CDC recommends everyone aged 6 months and older get the updated 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine. It’s safe to receive the COVID-19 and flu vaccines simultaneously. The best time for flu vaccination is September and October. Current COVID-19 variants include KP.3 (33.1%), KP.2 (20.8%), and LB.1 (17.5%).
