(3 Oct 2022) Oxford University Press (OUP) and Qatar National Library have announced a new three-year Read and Publish agreement. The agreement is significant as it will provide 50 institutions with online access to OUP’s full collection of peer-reviewed journals. The deal is also the first of its kind for OUP in Qatar and its largest one to date in the Middle East.
Under the agreement, researchers at participating institutions will be able to publish their research open access in all OUP hybrid and fully open access journals. Researchers will also be able to increase their research output using the unlimited hybrid article processing charge (APC).
