Duties at this level will include:
- Working with and supporting colleagues in Library Learning Services to enable integration of the team and implementation of new structure and practice in line with the School Support Model and the Student Learning Framework
- Engagement with key partners within the DVC-E portfolio and key academic partners to raise the visibility of the Library and communicate and demonstrate the Library’s value and contribution to student success
- Interact with senior colleagues across all areas of the University, with internal and external committees and other external bodies, providing high-level input
- Perform high level creative, planning and management functions to shape the strategic and operational direction of the Library Learning & Development section
- Develop, motivate, empower and mentor staff to improve their capability to better meet current and future requirements
