(24 Feb 2021) The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) in Manila just announced that its reading room is now open to welcome the public.
This means that people who are looking for a quiet place to study or do leisure reading can visit the NLP for free. What’s more, visitors have the chance to access the many books and reading materials housed inside the library.
However, the NLP reminds that walk-in is not allowed and that readers and bookworms must register first to book their slots. The library will only accommodate 100 readers per day, and slot reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis only.
