Library Services – Berwick Campus
Full-time, continuing appointment.

You will coordinate and lead the operational planning, implementation and review of Library Services to Learning with Schools and Divisions across all campuses. You will actively contribute to the achievement of University goals related to learning and teaching, working in collaboration with the Team Leader, Library Services to Research. Reporting to the Associate Librarian Client Services, you will apply continuous improvement and user experience approaches to ensure student needs inform the development of the Library’s Services to Learning.
As the successful applicant, you will have substantial library management experience and the demonstrated ability to manage and develop diverse and dispersed teams in an academic context. You will also have a demonstrated understanding of, and experience in collaboratively developing and delivering services to support learning and teaching in an increasingly digital environment, designing and delivering digital literacy programs and developing resources supporting student learning

Salary $84,752 to $91,739 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
