Singapore joining-up agency efforts through libraries
(12 June 2014) Singapore is revamping its libraries to become digital hubs that help achieve broader economic and societal goals. The city state recently announced the launch of three Smart Work Centres, where people can book pay-per-use workspaces, complete with meeting rooms, video-conferencing facilities, internet access and photocopiers.
