The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is accepting applications for its 2014 ATLA award.
This award recognizes the innovative efforts of libraries or similar organizations outside of the United States to connect people to information through free access to computers and the Internet. The recipient of the Access to Learning Award will receive USD1 million.
