Diet enacts bill to recognize eBook publishing

(25 April 2014) The Japan News is reporting that the Diet has enacted a bill to revise the copyright law to recognize publishing rights for electronic books. Reportedly, rights holders will be able to file suits to stop pirated digital books from being distributed on the Internet. The Japan News has the story.
